The first telephone appointment is free. However, many clients need more time and more detailed advice about their case.
We offer a 1 hour video or telephone appointment, including review of any letters or court documents before the appointment. You will know your options and know where you stand. The price is fixed at $198 (including GST).
You and your lawyer will go into detail about all aspects of your family law case.
The lawyer will ask you questions to get the facts of your case. Your lawyer will give you legal advice and talk about your options moving forward. You will have the opportunity to ask questions to make sure you understand the advice.
The lawyer can offer a follow up chat after the appointment at no extra cost.
